Look at the computer you are working on. How much protection do you have? Passwords, payrolls and that last game of Words With Friends, are they safe and secure? If you are a smart business owner, the answer is yes! So, who's protecting your non-web assets? From events, equipment, guest, and staff your company has significant assets to protect. Have you considered hiring a private security company? Security is a growing concern in the business community, and it deserves serious consideration. Every company should make it a priority to properly secured its assets to include, employees and inventory. It only makes sense to hire a private company that focuses not just on being the keeper of the gate, but one that provides efficient, secure services and will be an ambassador for your company. I've found that while firms in the Upstate of South Carolina realize the need for security , it tends to fall very far down on the to-do-list. When the need finally surfaces, usually haphazardly, they rush to fill the void of "security" by setting up an in-house team. While some have found this solution to work, the question still remains, how effective is your in house security? So why haven't you hired a private security company? As a business woman, let's be honest the first rule of thumb typically means what... money! By no means do we ever want to compromise our safety for money, but you haven't called that private security company because, well, it just wasn't in this years budget. What you should know, is that by hiring a private security company to not only safeguard your premises, you also save money. When you hire your own in-house team, your worker’s compensation costs will increase as will your general liability costs. In addition, you will have to pay for training, uniforms, vehicles, and well let's just face it, now it becomes a new team to manage. Hiring a private security company eliminates the need for you to take on these additional costs and the time you will spend managing that new team. Training, yes I said training! You don't expect for that new guy you hired to know what it means to be "security" do you? By hiring a private security company such as Bravo1 Protection quality training is the name of the game. Each one of our SLED Certified security offers participate in over 10 hours of training and continuing education courses annually. I think that having a private security team is a great idea. You make a really good point about how it is less effective to have an in-house security team. If you are doing things right, you could hire another company and then with the time you save, use it to make more money. You could end up making more money by hiring a private security team than by doing it in-house.
