OUR PROCESS
After two years of struggling to find an adequate security company for her own event venue, Tammy decided to do what most entrepreneurs who see a problem do, start a business to fix the problem. She enlisted the help of seasoned law enforcement professionals to handle the operations and training, and Bravo1 was born. Tammy's frustration with her experiences of other companies provided Bravo1 with the founding blocks of our company's core values and mission. Our goal is to provide an integrated security solution for our clients. We don't just send you an officer and never talk to you again, we work with you to proactively reduce your risk while increasing the safety of your site.
Step 1: Identify the Problem
All of our clients who come to us have a problem. Whether they have with minors drinking in their bar, or they've had a former employee make a threat to their business, our clients come to us having recognized a need for a private security contract. In order for us to provide a thorough solution, we need to thoroughly understand the problems you are having. The more information we can gather up front, the more effective we will be.
Step 2: Complimentary Consultation
All of our contracts start our with a complimentary security consultation. We don't just ask you questions on the phone like the other guys, we come to your site, inspect your public and private areas, and put together a full-scope security plan that includes hiring our personnel, installing security cameras, and training your staff for when they are the first contact with a situation. We understand that for most of our business clients, making their guests feel at ease is a priority. No one wants to patronize or work for a business they don't feel safe entering, our job is to provide that secure environment.
Step 3: The Contract
After we provide you with a written recommendation, we'll discuss when you would like our staff to start, the payment structure and training timeline. We do ask our long-term clients to sign 1+ year contracts so we can hire and train officers specifically for your site. The hours that we'll work and other specifications will be outlined in the provided contract.
Step 4:Training
All of our officers have extensive security and customer service training classes. Before we send them to any job site, our officers are trained with one of our supervisors at our own event venue, so our management team can ensure they are up to par and understand how your guests should be treated. In addition to initial training, we host quarterly training sessions and encourage our officers to take on additional training both in house and through other agencies. Aside from our in-house training, we'll write site protocols and training specific to your site.
Although having our staff on-site is a crucial step towards creating a secure environment, we also seek opportunities to train your staff on various security measures pertaining to your specific industry. Our staff can't be everywhere in your property at once, so it's crucial that your staff understand what to do in case they are the first person to witness a breach of security. As part of our initial consultation we'll recommend initial and quarterly training classes for your staff. Some of the classes we host are complimentary, others will incur a minimal consultation fee. We want to create a long-term relationship with your business, which means working together with your employees to make sure we are doing our job properly.

Step 5: Feedback
We strive to be the best we can be on every shift, but sometimes it does take our staff some time to get used to your site, especially if there are specific complexities to your protocols. Our management team will be very involved with your site during the first few months, but we will ask that you provide us with feedback on how we are doing. If something isn't working, we want to know so we can address the problem and make a correction that you are happy with.
Step 6: Results
When you hire Bravo1 Protection, you aren't just hiring a door guy, but a company that invested in growing your business and your brand alongside you. We are committed to providing you with great security officers, as well as a management team that is always available should you have any questions or concerns. We guarantee you will have fewer security incidents, a better environment for your staff and most importantly, peace of mind for yourself.
